Okay, guys. I'm sorry to inform you all of this, but I will be leaving Blacklist. The drama and stress that has been created over the past few weeks has presented itself to be an unbearable burden. I feel as if I have let all of you down. I have not handled any of this effectively, and I'm slowly allowing Blacklist to die. I believe most of you can agree that, based on my performance lately, I'm not fit to continue leading. You have no idea how depressed all this has made me. I want to thank each and every one of you, whether you're a current or ex member. Thank you for all the good times, all the laughter, all the support, and most of all, all the friendship you have showed me. You're all great people. You all have potential. Don't let the fact that someone somewhere will beat you down until you just can't get back up again stop you from being all you can be. Whether it be in real life, or on Runescape (As cheesy as that sounds). Blacklist has always been and will remain to be my family. I, of course, am not simply leaving immediately. I'll be staying until a new leader either steps forward or is chosen, whether it be Winter or someone else in Blacklist. Whoever it is, I'm not leaving and making you learn the ropes on your own. I've been in those shoes before. It's difficult. To everyone who remains, please do not leave. Just because I'm leaving doesn't mean that Blacklist is going to lose everything. There's still so many great people in this clan and I'm sure those people will jump in and help with this transition of leadership. Furthermore, I do not want ANYONE to feel responsible for my resigning. I'm doing this for Blacklist, so it may continue to become one of the best, friendly, and overall, welcoming clans in Runescape. I ask that you all help work towards that goal. For those of you wondering, I do plan on joining another clan. I want to get more experience so that I may one day either return to Blacklist Manifesto, or rebuild it. Resigning from this amazing clan is something that has crossed my mind very few times until now. Not only are the majority of you helpful, but you accept everyone. That's what's important. No one person is better than anyone, and I encourage you all to help one another in any way possible. That's what makes a clan. That's what makes a family. Not going to God Wars every Tuesday, not lending out BGS's for free, it's acceptance. I hope you will all accept the fact that what I'm doing is to allow this clan to be the best it can be. I'll always be around. My private chat is never off. If any one of you ever needs someone, I'm there. I hope that you all can show me that you would do the same for me by staying. Help whoever the new leader will be, because believe me, he/she will more than need it. The important thing is to never let Blacklist die under any circumstances. We're in a rough spot right now, a lot of our most helpful, respectable members have quit. However, many of those people still remain. I can promise you one thing: We will survive. There's a time for everything to go great, and there's a time for things to go horribly wrong. I hope you all can listen to me when I say that Blacklist will recover, just don't give up like so many have already. Be the one that perseveres, show me that you truly believe in Blacklist. As I said before, my resignation will not take place immediately. I'll stay for as long as it takes to make sure that Blacklist has a calm, cool, and effective leader that can bring the clan back into the light it once was. For those of you that do decide to give up and quit, I wish you the best at wherever you go. For those of you that choose to stay and help one another through this dark time, I salute you.
