Really? I actually like it.. that way you can do something useful with leftover points you don't want to use for training, and now rune guardian does more than just taking up bank space. And ofcourse you can give your own twist to, for example, your skilling outfit.

I like it too the only thing I don't like is that you can't sell colored items. I mean, surely you can figure out a way to be able to make then tradeable without fucking up the price

It's because they wouldn't be worth any more, they aren't hard to obtain and have identical stats to the original item (Dark Bow or Abyssal Whip) :p

I hate how life gets in the way of playing Runescape. I mean, seriously, I've been playing Runescape more than I've known most of my friends. Runescape is my life, not a hobby.

I hate how there's a limit on item buying even when i'm not merchanting

e.g. Buying air battlestaves to alch at no loss, I can only buy 100 per 4hours due to a Grand Exchange limitation they set.. :/

I think the grand exchange limit on air battlestaves is the reason why you dont lose per alch

I know what you mean about the grand exchange limit. It took me 76 hours to buy all the oak planks I needed for 99 construction.

GETTING BACK ON TOPIC...

I hate ivy! It's the most useless update I can think of at the moment. It has officially RUINED the reputation of the Woodcutting cape of accomplishment. Why actually WORK for a 99 when you can just cut logs to 15, oak to 30, willow to 68, and ivy to 99? Also, if you have hardly ever cut ivy (like me) and have the wc cape (not like me... YET), people will assume you no-lifed ivy for a few weeks. I'll tell them I hate ivy and have hardly cut ivy, but they won't believe me, I know it.

However, I'm not one of those annoying people who point out problems but have no solution for them. There are a number of ways to fix this problem.

1. Make the xp you get from ivy less (200 or so).
2. Have the ivy drop a non-stackable item when cut (possibly a tertiary for Summoning).
3. Make a quest that ivy requires to cut (like Swan Song to monkfish).
4. Increase the level requirement to cut ivy (with its xp, I'd say 85-90 wc is good).
5. Any combination of the above (possibly 1 and 5, so it's like sharks).

I'm very angry at ivy because it's too easy to cut for how much xp it gives you. I firmly believe none of the changes outlined above are unreasonable or unfair.

AND OMFG! Newbs with stupid ass names like Ipwnj00, or 99Str99Rng (and they are a fucking mager).. that annoys the piss out of me

I think 2 of those ideas are plausible, place under suggestions forum. QUEST idea is good, also increased level requirement to level 90 wc or so
